MT-Newswatcher NNRP

Here are some quick instructions on how to configure MT-Newswatcher for NNRP authentication ("logging in" to the news server).

• Open MT-Newswatcher, then click on the Special menu and choose News Servers.
  
  
  
  
• In the list on the left, select your news server.
• Click on the Authentication tab.
  
  
  
  
• In the Username box, type your username. If you are a PDQ customer, you must type your username as username@ia-pdq instead of just your username. If you are a NeoSoft customer, you can ignore this screen altogether.
• In the Password box, type your password.
• Put a check next to Save Password if you don't want to type your password in each time.
• Click the circle next to Always Authenticate.
• Click the OK button.

MT-Newswatcher is now setup to perform NNRP authentication!
