Exposing Headers in Agent

Inbox
  • When the messages comes into your Inbox, it will normally just show the basic headers, such as the sender, subject, date, and recipient. In order to see ALL of the message header (which is needed by our Policy Enforcement Department), press the H key on the keyboard.

    Exposed Headers

  • You should now see ALL of the raw message header along with your message. This is the information that our Policy Enforcement Department needs to track down the sender. At this point, you can highlight the ENTIRE message (headers AND message body) using the mouse (click and hold the left mouse button at the start of the message and drag the cursor over the message). Once the message is highlighted, right click on the highlighted text, then choose Copy from the popup menu. This will copy the text to the clipboard.
  • At this point, compose a new message as you normally do to abuse@airmail.net. Right click in the message body, then choose Paste from the popup menu. This should place the contents you previously copied into your new message.
  • Send the message off and our Policy Enforcement Department will do the rest!
