Internet America offers a variety of methods for connecting to the Internet. Each requires it's own special setup instructions. Please choose your type of connection below to find the necessary instructions.

What type of connection do you have?
Analog Speed Limit
Analog Dial-up
This is the most common type of connection our customers use. If you are using a regular phone line and a modem, such as a 14.4k, 28.8k, 33.6k, or 56k modem, this is the section for you.

ISDN Speed Limit
ISDN
If you have a high-speed access through a special ISDN line (Integrated Services Digital Network), including 64k and 128k dialup access, this is the section for you.

DSL Speed Limit
DSL
If you have a high-speed access through a special DSL line (Digital Subscriber Line), including ADSL and SDSL, this is the section for you.
